Just click on any of the “Request Quote” buttons and complete the form. Pricing is fully custom and is based on the type of bar, the number of guests and menu selections. Travel

Travel fee is based on your location. If you are 30 miles outside of the Columbus area, we charge $2.00 per mile round trip. Anyone within the 30 mile radius the travel is included in your cart pricing.

Space Requirements

Our Party cart requires a 6x8 operating space at minimum. For bigger packages with decor we will need a 10x10 space. Please ensure power access within 15 feet of carts. We will also need access to a water source.

Setup

We ask for 30-60 minutes prior to your event for access. Setup and takedown are part of our packages.

Secure Your Date

To secure your date, a 50% deposit is needed along with a signed agreement form. The deposit will apply towards your final invoice. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Payment plans can be arranged. We book up quick and recommend you book your event at least 30 days in advance.

What's Included

Every cart features a custom menu tailored to your theme or color scheme. We provide all utensils and napkins that are needed to serve your guests. Additionally, each cart is staffed with multiple attendants depending on the size of your event.

Enhancements

We offer customizable enchancements to our carts. Some options are cart branding, custom cups, custom plasticware, cart decor, lighting and ambiance, staff attire, menu personalization, themed accessories etc. All customizable enchancements will incurr additional charges.

Small Group Catering

We love small gatherings! For events with fewer than 30 guests, we apply a 30-guest minimum charge to ensure we can provide our full professional service and equipment setup.

Peak Dates

During our busiest seasons (May, June, & December) and on Federal Holidays, a 50-guest minimum applies to all Saturday bookings.

Gratuity & Holiday Surcharge

There is a 15% fee added to all invoices A flat $100 surcharge applies to bookings on New Year's Eve, July 4th, Memorial Day Weekend, and Labor Day Weekend to help us take care of our hardworking holiday staff.

Pricing

To keep things fair for events of all sizes, we use a BASE FEE + PER PERSON model. Base Fee: covers our 3-hour on-site service, 1-2 professional hosts, travel within a 30 mile radius, and specialized equipment.
