The Custom Event Planning Process.

1 hr Phone Consult
Get the details of your event. Send you a detailed questionnaire based on details provided. Then prepare your quote.
Custom fees are $1275 or 20% of the cost of goods and services, whichever is greater.
Minimum Budget
$3000 is the minimum budget for custom planning.
Site Visit
Once contracts are finalized we come out to the event space and observe the space. We will take photos, videos & measurements.
Party Design
We will begin your event design after the initial consult and site visit.
Additional Services
We can help with venue selection, staffing, invitations, table and chair rentals, dessert stand (shakes & cotton candy), hosting and facilitation. All with additional costs.
