Cancellations

*All sales are final. Party Bookings/Payments are non-refundable but transferrable to another date/time.

Booking Confirmation

I acknowledge that I am booking a party package for up to 12 guests. Payment for the party is due in full at the time of booking.

Calendar Confirmation

I confirm I booked my party on the calendar and received a confirmation e-mail. I understand I must complete this transaction and pay or my reservation will drop in 24hrs.

This package is for up to 12 guests. Additional Guests are $55 per person. At Libby Lous, we approach events in a unique way. We specialize in crafting engaging and interactive experiences. Each of our parties and workshops is packed with enjoyable activities and everything you need to host a successful event.

Stuffing takes approximately 1hr. We have many costumes and accessories that can be added on to your party as well. Ask us about theme parties and custom t-shirt designs.

Additional guests are $55 per person.

****TRAVEL****

We will travel up to a 40 mile radius for no delivery fee. Anything over 40 miles is billed at $.65 cents per mile round trip. So if you are 5 miles outside the radius from 3039 Indianola Ave 43202 you will be billed for 10 miles.

****EVENT LOCATION****

If an event is being held in a basement or any floor above the main floor there will be additional charges. If I show up at your event and was not notified I will not be able to host your event. I have to have the proper equipment to move our crates in and out of the venue. There is an additional fee for events held in basements and floors above the main floor. If you are hosting your event outdoors I do request that you have a shaded area with a hard surface. Please make sure the area is dry and free of dirt and mud.

****CANCELLATIONS****

All sales are final. Parties/Events/Workshops are non-refundable but can be transferrable to another available date and time.

****Calendar****

Please keep in mind just putting your party on the calendar does not confirm your event. If we do not receive a paid order for your event the event will drop off of the calendar after 24hrs.

Tara Becker

Owner

Owner, Tara Becker is originally from Columbus, Ohio. Graduating from Franklin University in Ohio in 2006 with a degree in Business Management. She is a single mom with 4 kiddos, whom you run into from time to time in the shop.

Libby Lou's is not her first go round. You may remember her from Pinkalicious Parties that was located in Grove City from 2009-2011. Libby Lou's was started out of her home in 2020 as a pivot to being laid off due to COVID. She was creating virtual birthday parties, drive by parties, candy bouquets and care packages that were being sent all over the country in 2020 & 2021.

In September of 2020 she opened her first storefront on Indianola Ave. The next five years were a lot of ups and downs trying to meet the demand.

Most recently in February 2025 she relocated to Bubbly Food Hall in New Albany Ohio.
